The Pocket application is a product of “Invescore Wallet NBFI” LLC, incorporating AI and fintech technologies, offering online loan and payment services. Established in May 2019, “Invescore Wallet NBFI” LLC obtained its non-banking financial service license under Decree No. 327 of the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia on November 25, 2019.

The Pocket application provides various services in compliance with Mongolian laws and regulations, including online loans, online payments and shopping, a QR-based payment system, and interbank transactions.

During registration on the app, users are required to verify their phone number and provide their National Identification Number along with their first and last name. The Privacy Policy ensures strict adherence to local regulations and laws, guaranteeing the confidentiality of private information in secure locations. The company is also compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering Commission and National Data Privacy Commission.

To apply for a loan, customers need to download the application from the App Store, register with valid information, undergo credit scoring through the AI system and the Centralized Loan Database of the Bank of Mongolia. This process helps prevent customers from obtaining multiple loans that could lead to repayment failures. Once credit scoring is completed and the Loan Agreement signed, customers can access their loan funds directly into their bank account or Pocket wallet without additional criteria.

The loan terms range from 14 to 180 days, with fees between 7.5% and 1%, and loan amounts ranging from MNT 20,000 to MNT 10,000,000.

Repayment of the loan can be done at any time without extra fees or interest rates. Customers receive timely repayment reminders via SMS messages, emails, notifications on the Pocket App, and phone calls from customer service. Repayments can be made directly through the Pocket application, local bank applications, local bank branches, and ATMs. Timely repayments enable customers to increase their loan amount, reduce fees, and earn bonus points.

Customers can accumulate bonus points through various activities like timely loan repayments (+6 points), regular payments (+1 point), reading daily news (+1 point), playing games (up to +5 points), inviting friends (+200 points), watching explainer videos (+50 points), among others. These bonus points can be used to enhance loan amounts and reduce fees.
